Council of the Corporation of the Township of Essa will be holding a Special Meeting on the 13^th day of July, 2022 at 5:00 pm. The Special Meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located at the Administration Centre at 5786 County Road 21, Utopia ON.

The purpose of the Special Meeting of Council is to proceed into Closed Session for deliberations in accordance with section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, pertaining to the following matters:

• Personal Matters about an Identifiable Individual [s.239(2)(b)]
• Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations [s.239(2)(d)]
• Advice Subject to Solicitor-Client Privilege [s.239(2)(f)]

The Township of Essa has initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) to complete an Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) for the Community of Angus. The purpose of the IMP is to complete a 25-year forecast of proposed capital projects for water, wastewater, transportation and stormwater servicing requirements to facilitate future growth expected in Angus.
