A Public Meeting has been scheduled to take place on July 5, 2023 at approximately 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers located of the Administration Centre located at 5786 County Road 21, Utopia.

The purpose of the Public Meeting is to review an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment for the property known municipally as 6404 11th LIne, Essa.

Every five years the Essa Fire Department is required to re-certify in its tanker shuttle accreditation program. Having completed the last certification testing in 2018, Essa Fire is now required to complete this testing again in 2023.

In order to prepare for this testing, the Essa Fire Department will be conducting practical training on the following dates: June 28^th, July 5^th, July 19^th, and July 26^th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Essa Fire Department apparatus will be operating at two locations:

1. 4^th Line and County Road 10 and, 
2. Mill Street in Angus at the water pumping station. Tanker apparatus will also be travelling the roads between these two points.
