National Peacekeeper’s Day serves as an annual reminder of the sacrifices made by Canadian Veterans and Peacekeepers. In an effort to commemerate and celebrate, please join us on Wednesday August 9th at Peacekeepers Park located at 7 Commerce Road, Angus. 

A ceremony and parade are scheduled to commence at appoximately 11am. 

Join the Friends of Utopia Mill & Park at our Rai$e the Roof Mini Golf Tournament, to be held on Thursday August 10th at Duffer’s Golf Centre (4904 County Rd 90, Barrie, ON). Tee times are from 5 to 8pm.

Tickets are $10. Proceeds will be used to restore the roof and siding of Bell’s Gristmill, Essa  Township’s historically-designated building, located within the Utopia Conservation Area.

Come on your own or with friends. Tickets available at www.utopiahall.ca or may be picked up on Saturday mornings @ the Utopia Hall (8396 6th Line, Utopia). Any donations are appreciated.
